You don’t want to make just one free call spoofing a caller id. Why not get a free five minute spoofcard pin number.
Here are the steps that you have to take to get a free call, spoofing a caller id. 
1. Get a Twitter Account
2. Go to the Spoof Card Site.
3. Scroll down
4.Click the link at the bottom of the page where it says “Tweet to get a free spoofcard.”
6. Follow the instructions. (You’ll be amazed at how many emails I get because people either could not read or follow directions. Remember second grade?)
7. After you follow the directions check your email you should have a free spoofcard pin number.
8. Disguise your caller id, make another number show up on a caller id, record the call, disguise your voice.
9. Have fun
10. Tell your friend about www.freecalleridspoofing.com so that they can do the same thing and get free tricks on how to change your caller id.

this shit does not work. everytime i enter an email address it tells me i’ve already received my pin, and i have not.
